Being able to effectively communicate an idea or message can be life changing, and it is one of the reasons I fell in love with direct patient care and professional development.

Iv’e never been good at small talk. It’s…very..ummm..uneventful.

Whether it’s one-on-one or with an audience, I value making genuine connections and having thought-provoking dialogue. Also, I come from a family and faith that instilled principles that have highly influenced my passion for education through personal and professional development.

I like to plant seeds. I do this by simply sharing information, giving people something to consider, and offering a different perspective. I may not be able to stick around to see the harvest spring… but I’m okay with that. Once a seed is planted it then has the opportunity to get watered and eventually bear fruit.
